An experience problem solver

Whether it is telecom, consumer packaged goods, consumer healthcare, or finance—the world of building digital products has complex constraints to work within, and the common thread is that each vertical has the the same end goal...the end users experience. I lead teams that can solve within those constraints with thoughtful experiences. The following are some ways that I can lead a team to gather outputs that can generate the right end user experience.

User Experience Design

User Interface Design

Usability Research

Master Planning

Process Streamlining

Sevice Design

Conceptual Design

End User Journey Mapping

Art of the Possible Workshops

Sharing is caring...share the "work-in-progress"

Regardless of which industry, the key to success is a constant stream of communication. The barriers of communication are brought through visuals. As humans we are built to gravitate pictures before words, so it's no surprise when visuals are brought to the forefront everyone starts to think through functionality and the edge-cases together.

Sharing the work that is not "gold-plated"—essentially final—is a big step for designers, and it's a big step for developers to share their code that is not "fully-baked"...but when that "work-in-progress" is shared on both sides...that's when the "real conversation" gets started and that's when a high-performing team starts to take shape.
